To Infinity and Beyond!

So I sometimes get entranced when I see hallways that go on and on and on. Sometimes continuity/repetition just fascinates me.
Now, I am trying to incorporate this fascination of mine with my photography.
Lately, I've been taking random shots of repetitions or intentionally setting up my pix to have the repetitive element in them.

Enjoy the pix!

Tehas dos

So I told you all about my trip to Texas a couple weeks ago. I had made arrangements to be driven around after the seminar. So, BOOM! I am out for pix after chatting with a few pple.

This trip emphasized collaboration. Most of the shots I took were choreographed by my friend, Ife, that drove me around.

Enjoy the pix!

Major Chops

So we had a very well executed surprise party for one of my friends. Apart from the execution, the dinning setup was nice.
Bad bin bada boom...I had my first food photography session. The night had a Thai flavor to it so we had Thai/Thai looking food.
I had no time constraints so I just kept shooting... I shot all night from different angles and even had time to try out my inverted image trick. Fun times!

FYI, chops = food.

Enjoy the pix!

Tehas!

So I went to Texas this past weekend for a seminar. I took around 1500 pix in all; 1000 at the seminar and 500 in a park setting.
I think I got a few good shots but this one shot got me thinking. I showed it to pple and they got woken up too. Cant really explain it but here you go!

Enjoy the pix!

JEMOWEN

So Jon and Em had their first son not too long ago. Actually, I went to see them in the hospital the day before I dislocated my index finger...long story, will fill you in on that later.

Anyways, they asked me to come take pictures. We decided to take em indoors with natural lighting.
Em and I looked over some baby pix she found on the Internet so I had an idea of what she wanted.
I enjoyed taking pix of their new phase in life. I wish I had more time to take pictures with them but I had to work that weekend. I hope they call me for an outdoor session during the summer.

Happy pple make nice pix...JEMOWEN=happy pple!

Enjoy the pix!
